Valur – IA Akranes:

Icelandic league 2nd round. No news available at all. Just table and statistics (hey! Don't understimate them!). Here my experiment starts.

Both teams started the season with a home victory: Valur defeated Grindavik (3-1 FT), while IA Akranes got rid of Throttur Reykjavik (1-0 FT).

The newly promoted Valur hosted Akranes 3 times in the recent past and 3 times the team from Reykjiavik have been defeated with at least 2 goals margin. Last season IA ended the season at 3rd place in the table and they had a very good awat record (5/3/1). I want to trust the guests and I’ll go for the away win.
